It is a much misunderstood area.

However, mastery of this is the MAIN THING that determines who gets into the top 10% and who stays behind.

I discuss the flow chart that starts with a clear Vision, identifying your core values and your purpose, enunciating a Mission Statement, then a set of laser focused goals and objectives to fulfill your Mission and Purpose, the development of the right strategies and tactics to achieve those goals and putting into a place a diligent and regular system to monitor progress and results and make necessary adjustments to keep yourself on track.

The exponential series are all 12-20 minutes max, just dealing with a couple of
key distinctions, strategies, tactics or techniques that are designed to help
you stay ahead of the fast moving curve in the marketing world and hence
stand out in the crowd.

Remember the Rolling Stones song “Time Waits for No one”? If you’re not constantly
reviewing what you are presently doing and assessing and evaluating it
against some benchmark or criteria that defines “ahead of the curve” then you
will inevitably be left behind.

The exponential series is designed to help you undertake this assessment
and evaluation on a regular basis. The choice is always yours – distinguish and
differentiate yourself from the masses and become part of the top 10% where all
the action, money and fun resides, or stay part of the amorphous 90% that is always
being left behind and is always missing the boat and the tides of change.

This is the core meaning of being “exponential” in the market place. You are
constantly reviewing what you are doing and working out how to do it
better, faster and smarter so that you can keep achieving more with less (less
time, money and effort).

Remember the pareto principle – 20% of what you do
produces 80% of your results. You can only achieve this outcome by being
exponential in your thinking and actions. Otherwise it will always be the
reverse – 80 of what you do will keep producing only 20% of your results.

So, ask yourself – What are you doing now? Are you producing 80% of your
desired results with just 20% of your actions? Are you satisfied with your
current results? Are you satisfied with how your time is being spent each
day? Are you ready to go for more – better results using less time and
effort so that you become FREE to live your life every day as you design
it rather than by default?
